The Resilient Intelligent Systems Lab (RISLab) is part of the Robotics Center at the Robotics Institute, Carnegie Mellon University. The goal of the RISLab is to improve the performance and reliability of autonomous systems that must operate in challenging, real-world scenarios. The lab’s research is focused on mitigating the effects of uncertainty on several subsystems that are essential for autonomy, including control, planning, perception, mapping, coordination and cognition for both single and multi-robot systems.
