Meet Marion (Tank) LeFleur, Newell-Simon’s Roboceptionist. He’ll be glad to see you! The goal of the project is to produce a robot helpmate that is useful, exhibits social competence, and remains compelling to interact with for an extended period of time.

1:00 – 4:00 pm: ROBOTICS INSTITUTE LAB TOURS
Visit 3 lab spaces. Tour length is one hour. Space is limited. Pre-registration is required.

1:00 – 4:00 pm: NEWELL-SIMON HALL PERLIS ATRIUM ROBOT DEMONSTRATIONS
Open to the public.

12:00 noon – 2:00 pm: 30TH ANNUAL MOBOT RACES

3:00 – 4:00 pm: THE 15th GATE: MOBOT AWARD CEREMONY and WRAP-UP
