RoboOrg meeting minutes: 
- These will be online as soon as help desk fixes a problem with the web page.  
- Dave Thompson is our new Vice-RoboCzar.  Welcome!  
- Bart brought up MSIT students:  we should send our opinions on this matter to Tom or Kristen, who will compile and present them at our next meeting, and bring them to the Program Committee.  
- Open House:  
  - Party - Phil will buy a keg, ice.  Marek will buy liquor & drinks.  Nick will buy food, plates, napkins.  Kristen will bring nametags, markers.  Jake will bring extra grill & email about rides from Smith.  
  - After dinner Sunday - Marek will email students about PDC and ask for any other organized events.  
  - Monday lunch - Nick will order pizza.  
- Post-Seminar Reception:  Liz and Kristen will organize a PSR for March 25th.  Who will do the next one, in April?
- We will likely be spending ~$200 on new pool cues for the lounge.  
- Dessert TG:  Phil and Nathan will call on first years to organize the TG on April 1.  Ask Jake for the exact budget, ask Maayan to make sure that Dec/5 knows about it & will publicize it & will serve drinks, and ask Liz for advice on organizing.  
- GSA money:  Jake and Clark are going to make sure we get it.  
- PHI bar happy hours:  Nick is talking to Cheryl about what we need to do to legitimize such events.  We should also be talking with professors/staff to recruit social hosts.  
- Tax on health insurance:  Bart will look at an old pay stub to investigate how long we have been taxed on health insurance deductions.  
- RI Gala:  We will have voting on the cool person award (Suzanne ineligible for being last awardee); Marek will get blurbs & make voting page & email students to get DJ requests & images for slide show.  
- Today we spent $76.19 on 4 pizzas and 4 soda bottles from Pizza Perfecta.  
- Let's tentatively schedule next meeting for April 11; please email me with conflicts if they come up.
