February 11, 2005 RoboOrg Meeting

- Positions: Nick Patronik is our new social czar, Nidhi is a vice-roboczar, and we will find one more vice-roboczar. 
- Post-seminar receptions: Nidhi & Caroline will do a wine & cheese PSR on February 25.  Kristen & Liz will do a PSR in March (25th?).  We can do ~6 this semester.  
- Dessert TG: will be organized by the first-year students for April 1.  Dec/5 should be notified.  
- Other beer-drinking, as per advice of Advisory Board: Nick will look into getting a deal at PHI-bar for a happy hour on Fridays when there is no PSR/TG/GSA happy hour.  
- Open House March 19-21: Nick will organize lunch, we need a location for the party (Marek's house?), and we should put PDC on the schedule after dinner on Mt. Washington.  
- Budget: Jake is not sure if we've gotten GSA money.  
- Shirts: 330 ordered, 280 sold so far.  Jake needs the money.

- Other events for the semester: Tom & Caroline will organize ice hockey.  
- Health insurance & taxes: Ask Cheryl about this.  
- Web site: in process of being updated by Marek.  
- Lunch with Cheryl next week: Maayan & Phil will come.
