Minutes March 2004 meeting (compiled by Ravi)

1) RoboOrg and Dec 5
RoboOrg agreed to transfer 20% of the GSA budget directly to Dec 5's
account starting Fall 2004.

2) Tour Queue
The new tour queue system with paid tour volunteers will be rolled out soon.

3) Next PSR in April: Jake, Sajid, and Marek in charge.

4) Dlist to advertise social events (Liz Liao)
Everyone agreed it's a good idea.  Liz to send mail to students to opt in.

5) Graduate Teaching Certificate Program for RI (Kristen Stubbs)
Kristen Stubbs to follow up with Matt and get back to RoboOrg.

6) March 27-29 Open House for 2004 Admitted Students: Information
	3/27: Party at Daniel Wilson's home.
	3/29: Lunch to be organized by Social Czar.
Nidhi is taking care of 3/29 lunch.

7) Lunch with Chuck: for all students, arranged by Justin, Mar 26, 1:30
PM.

8) Ping pong table for RI lounge: John Hurst to explore cheap
alternatives.

9) Nidhi to explore RI Happy Hours at Docks.  She also suggested
printing the older designs, since there is significant demand for
them. Does Sarjoun have them? Any volunteers?
