Preliminary agenda for Aug 1 meeting

12:30 in the Robolounge

• IC events
  RoboOrg traditionally organizes several events around the IC:
  • Pizza lunch on the friday of IC
  • BBQ picnic lunch during IC
  • Advisor-advice meeting -- traditionally organized by the ViceRoboCzar(s)
  • Party at Chris and Jessica's house -- typically the weekend after labor day
  We need people responsible for each of these events, and to budget money for them.
• Cool Person Award
  Debbie Tobin has the award, we need a time at the RI picnic (8/23) to do the presentation, and someone to do it.
• IC talk
  Nikhil has suggested that we ask for a time for seniors to talk at the IC. Is this something we want to pursue?
• Cleaning the lounge
  Hasn't happened yet. We need to schedule a date and do it.
• Office Space
  Cheryl would like there to be an official policy on office shuffles. We need to brainstorm ways of making it work.
