1:00 in the Robolounge

• Tour Queue Reform
  The past tour whips have been invited to give input on the system. Some alternatives will be put out for discussion.
• Budget
  Justin will present a strawman budget for the year for ratification. The budget largely follows past years spending patterns, but formalizes how much money is available for each kind of event.
• Open House
  Open house is coming up, and we've got stuff to organize.
• Cool Person Award
  In years past, Roboorg has organized the "Cool Person" award, which is awarded at the Gala. Do we want to do this again? Assuming we do, how do we want to organize it?
• Post-degree help
  There have been some concerns expressed about whether there is enough help available for finding a job after finishing the program here.
• Next year IC
  Nikhil has some ideas for the next IC.
• Website updating
  Much of the Roboorg website is really out of date. Brainstorm what should be on the site, what can be added/removed.
• Cleaning the lounge
  The lounge is accumulating random stuff. Much of it should be tossed. Need a volunteer to coordinate.
