Service Description:

• Efficient, high quality scanning and publication of customer documents to the Web
• Controlled access to Web published documents via password-protected user accounts, and "Document Group" enabling
• Full text Search capability for quick access to targeted text within document contents

Service Details:

• Professional, high quality scanning of reports, periodicals, class assignments, course-related text books, etc.
• Web publication and distribution via an integrated scan server system
• Integration of state of the art OCR for exacting text identification
• Full text search capability of scanned images
• Access via Web by password-protected user accounts and document groups
• Medium - Scan both black and white and color documents up to size "B", as well as 35MM microfilm, and slides

Advantages:

• Quick turn-around of hard copy document submitted, to published document on the Web
• Provides database server storage of published documents on 24 / 7 basis
• Ability to add as many customer Documents Groups as needed
• Each Document Group contains documents related only to that unique group
• Document Group keeps published documents segregated from other unrelated information
