I'm interested in the edge between hardware and software. While current silicon designs work well for classical computational problems, what goals other than pure mathematical throughput and informational bandwidth are useful for A.I. kinds of problems? I'm also interested in the same kinds of problems in the operating systems domain. What kind of support from an operating system is useful in real world robotic applications? |
