| Research Interests |
My research interests are in the areas of computer vision, mobile robot navigation, and human-computer interaction. I am working on statistical human shape modeling, human detection and body part identification. One of the applications of my work is to give drivers early warning of potential collision with detected pedestrians. Other applications include smart human-computer communication and the visual surveillance. |
| Additional Interests |
I am maintaining the CMU/VASC Image Database. |
