| Research Interests |
I pursue mobility, manipulation and sensing design challenges in robotic planetary exploration. I'm a generalist but my background is primarily in spacecraft mechanisms, systems engineering and planetary science. I'm currently on the design team developing an R&D vehicle for NASA to field test a lunar rover concept. The motivation is to explore a permanently shadowed crater on the lunar south pole that may hold large amounts of water ice. |
| Additional Interests |
I'm also interested in kinetic and responsive art and architecture. |
