Research Interests

My research interests lie in understanding the major drivers of quality, costs and revenue, and their interplay in manufacturing systems or healthcare organizations. I am interested in using interdisciplinary methods including Optimization, Queueing, Artificial Intelligence Techniques, Game Theory and Simulation to design and manage these systems.
