My current interest includes working with Professor Jack Mostow on a Reading Tutor that listens (Project Listen) to children read and provides exercises to improve comprehension. My interests include automatic generation of questions for reading comprehension and vocabulary acquisition. Past research includes, spoken and text-based machine translation for English and Spanish, computer assisted language instruction, and information extraction from emails, and natural language generation. |
