Research interests

My current research is focused on Biometric Recognition, specifically performing reliable Face Verification in presence of distortions such as facial expressions, illumination variations and pose changes.

I am working in the development of advanced correlation filters for performing robust face verification in the presence of distortions such as illumination variations, expression changes and pose. I am also examining how to reduce the computational complexity of implementing such algorithms on limited memory devices such as PDAs.
