My work involves the design and modeling of resonant micromechanical sensors for biosensing applications and the interface circuits for actuation and detection.

• Microelectromechanical Systems Laboratory - We are developing miniature sensor and actuator systems using integrated-circuit fabrication processes.

• ASAP - non-contact 3-D surgical instrument tracking for device testing and surgeon assessment
• Micron: Intelligent Microsurgical Instruments - Suppression of hand tremor to improve precision in microsurgery.
