My research interests are in the areas of computer graphics, computer vision and robotics. I am currently working on estimating the parameters of passive simulations (eg, rigid-body motions, cloth, etc) from video. These parameters can then be used to create physically realistic animations of passive systems. Prior to this, my research focus was on projective geometry aspects related to multi-view camera systems. Some of my prior work include camera and object modelmatch for F/X, creating 3D mosaics from video, and fast motion detection from pan-tilt cameras using image mosaics. My interests in robotics span from hardware design of robots, vision systems for navigation and control algorithms.
