I want to build robotic vision systems that understand the visual world around them. I study computer vision, and I am interested in the problems of unsupervised image segmentation and object recognition. I enjoy applying machine learning techniques to vision problems in combination with large amounts of training data. I am also interested in statistical text modeling and knowledge extraction from unstructured text.
