Carnegie Mellon Robotics Institute
Congratulations to the Project LISTEN team for their paper "Does help help? Introducing the Bayesian Evaluation and Assessment methodology," which won the best paper award at the Ninth International Conference on Intelligent Tutoring Systems (ITS2008). Seven papers were nominated for the award from a field of 70 accepted full papers presented at the conference.
The work was a collaboration between Joseph Beck, from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and Kai-min Chang, Jack Mostow, and Albert Corbet, from Carnegie Mellon.
